To start the week on Thursday Night Football the Cowboys beat the Vikings 17-15 in a defensive battle. The beast named Zeke still ran loose for a Touchdown and 88 yards rushing and 19 receiving. The Chiefs and Falcons played in a shootout but the Chiefs came out on top by 1, Chiefs having a trick play touchdown and a Pick 6 by Eric Berry. Devonta Freeman had 105 total yards and 2 scores himself.
The Lions topped the Saints by 15. Drew Brees had his worst outing of the year and threw 3 interceptions to Lions defenders. Golden Tate had a good day with 8 catches 145 yards and a touchdown. The Patriots easily downed the Rams and rookie quarterback Jared Goff. Tom Brady spread the ball around hitting 8 of his receivers and throwing a pair of touchdowns. The Patriots also rushed for a touchdown and over 100 yards. The Broncos beat the Jaguars in a close game by 10, Blake Bortles struggled in the passing game against the best defense in football. Allowing him not to throw a touchdown and picking him off a few times.
The Packers downed the Texans in a snowy game in Lambo. Green Bay and Aaron Rodgers are used to the snow, beating Houston by 8 and now looking to sneak up on the Lions in the playoff hunt. The Bengals locked up the Eagles on Sunday, and the bengals couldn’t be stopped putting up 42 on the Eagles. Recently AJ Green was injured however that did not stop Andy Dalton from going off. The Ravens torched the Dolphins 38-6. Joe Flacco threw for 381 yards and 4 touchdowns, this was his best best game of the season by far. The Steelers and the Ravens are tied for the division lead.
The Bears and 49ers had a low scoring effort in a 6-21 game. The game was played in the snow where no passes were completed the first quarter. Kap threw for just 1 completion for 4 yards. Also Jordan Howard ran for a hat trick of touchdowns. The Raiders beat the Bills in a 38-24 win. The Raiders continue to show why they are a contender in the AFC. Derek Carr continues to show why he is a top tier Quarterback. The Steelers downed the Giants 24-14. Odell had a nice outing with a touchdown, he is the best receiver ever threw the first two years of his career based on stats. Leveon Bell ran wild for 118 yards and a score, and Big Ben delivered 288 yards and two touchdowns. The Cardinals beat the Redskins in a must needed win for the Cardinals becoming 5-6-1. The Redskins also lost a win they wanted to stay in the wild card hunt.
The Bucs beat the Chargers to take over the wild card spot in the NFC. Jameis Winston now has the most touchdowns each game to start a career. The score was 28-13 and Doug Martin ran loose throughout the game. Tyrell Williams had a Touchdown again this week along with 54 yards. The Seahawks ran all over the Panthers 40-7. Thomas Rawls returned with 106 yards and 2 touchdowns, Jimmy Graham had 66 yards and a Touchdown. Ted Ginn jr. had a good game with a touchdown and over 50 yards receiving. The Colts beat the Jets 41-10 and Andrew Luck threw for 4 Touchdowns and 3 of which came to Dwayne Allen.
